Install

The agent runs on your own computer, so your wallet and keys never leave it. It works on Linux, macOS and Windows through WSL2. The computer has to stay on for the agent to play; a small cloud server works too (Run it on a server).

Before you start

• About 5 EGLD to send to your agent later (you can install first and fund it after).
• About 5 minutes to create your AI key at Anthropic (Your keys). You can also add it after the install.

Linux and macOS

Open a terminal and paste this line:

curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/foxsyai/foxleague-agent/main/get.sh | bash

Windows

1. Install Ubuntu from the Microsoft Store (this installs WSL2, a small Linux inside Windows).

2. Open Ubuntu. The first time, it asks for a Linux user name and password.

3. Turn on systemd, so the agent keeps running in the background: run sudo sh -c 'printf "[boot]\nsystemd=true\n" >> /etc/wsl.conf', close Ubuntu, run wsl --shutdown in PowerShell, then open Ubuntu again.

4. Paste the install line:

The line downloads the newest release into ~/foxleague-agent and starts the guided installer. To install a given version, put it in front: curl -fsSL .../get.sh | FOXAGENT_VERSION=v0.10.0 bash.

What the installer asks

It walks you through seven short steps and explains each one:

Step	What happens
1. Node.js	Uses the Node.js on your computer if it is recent enough, otherwise downloads a private copy (checksum verified).
2. Wallet	Creates a new wallet for your first agent and shows its recovery words once. Write them on paper.
3. Dashboard login	You choose a user name, a password (12 characters or more) and a port (8870 by default).
4. Keys	The AI key, Telegram and Binance, each with simple steps and links. You can skip any of them.
5. Settings	Agents start in dry run. You choose whether this computer may sign real transactions once you press Go LIVE.
6. PEM files	Writes pem/agent1.pem, so you can log into the FoxLeague app as your agent’s team and watch it play.
7. Background service	Starts the agent in the background and keeps it running after a restart.

Your recovery words

The words are the only way to recover your agents’ wallets. Keep them on paper, offline. Anyone with them controls the wallets. Never type them into a website, a chat or a screenshot.

Run the installer again at any time (./install.sh in the foxleague-agent folder): it keeps your wallet, login and keys and only asks for what is missing.

After the install
